Track the intensity of the wod and time, to see how many calories burned, or time of wod for the rounds, maybe add a tracker

Individual Growth Tracker
It would be helpful to have a tracker (i.e. a graph) that shows our trends and growth in strength and speed (e.g. difference in run or WOD times; increases in weight or reps for a particular strength movement).
