I’m struggling reaching my calory intake for a day, 2100 from quality foods ( I’m 188cm, 95kgs, 1, 2 hours a day walking the dog and 1 hour of CF x 5).
So I asked a nutritionist for a plan, but it would be greet if she could input my program into the app, and also if I could create a print screen or report of my meals to show her how I’m doing.
These are two separate functionalities but I’m sure that they will be useful towards nutritionist who are helping people effectively use the trifecta food app and on the flip side present my eating schedule to her.
