Just a friendly suggestion, but I’d like to propose changing the sleep question in the daily survey to “Did you sleep at least 7 hours last night?” (instead of 6).
My reasoning behind this is that pretty much all articles/studies/experts on sleep—both in the fitness community and in general—recommend 7-9 hours of sleep per night.
Thus, changing the criteria in the survey would encourage people to meet that minimum threshold for a quality duration of rest and recovery.
