Hi guys. Love the app and the program. Is it possible to get a consistent wod posting time though? The wods just seem to post all willy nilly like. How is it not possible to just get a timely and accurate auto update from your servers on the daily?

Hello, our workouts get posted at 12 am CST. We apologize if you experienced any delays, we're implementing a feature that will allow you to not only see a workout at 12 am your local time but also will let you preview future workouts :) Stay tuned!
