Slight Edit to Daily Survey

Just a friendly suggestion, but I’d like to propose changing the sleep question in the daily survey to “Did you sleep at least 7 hours last night?” (instead of 6).
My reasoning behind this is that pretty much all articles/studies/experts on sleep—both in the fitness community and in general—recommend 7-9 hours of sleep per night.
Thus, changing the criteria in the survey would encourage people to meet that minimum threshold for a quality duration of rest and recovery.

Good point. 6 hours is a bare minimum, to make it more achievable for people with different lifestyles and schedules. We will update for the next challenge.

Trifecta: Hey Stacy! Yeah, I totally get that. 6 hours has been my experience, too, in terms of just getting by and avoiding tiredness throughout the day. Glad you understand where I was coming from in recommending 7+ 🙂
